This is our latest investment: a condo to rent. We got this nice opportunity with the current real estate market and low prices. The condo is in Portola Hills, 4 miles away from home. It is a 1000 sq ft, 2bed/2 bath with 2 car direct access garage and nice patio area by a green belt and waterfall. We are going to redo the paint and carpet and we are looking for a tenant.
